It's almost May, and WV summer swim starts in just 3 weeks! The first practice will be Monday 5/19. See below for information about how to sign up. Everyone with paid registration by May 19th will receive their 2025 team shirt before the first dual swim meet.

HOW TO REGISTER IN ESOFT

1. Go to www.woodvalleysrc.com

2. At the top of the webpage, click on MEMBER PORTAL tab

3. Login to your member page using your login and password

4. If you have not done so already, pay your membership dues so that you are able to register for the swim team.

5. Hover over the SCHEDULING tab at the top of the webpage and click on CAMPS/CLASSES in the drop down box.

6. Register each child individually for the SWIM team. The first child is $145, second is $135, third is $125 and fourth + is $25 each. 15-18 year olds are $50.

7. When you are finished registering, you can then checkout.

SWIMTOPIA

1. Go to www.woodvalleysrc.com

2. Click on Register Now (green box on the right side or scroll down on mobile)

3. Register each one of your athletes and then sign up for 4 volunteer spots now. You can sign up for additional volunteer spots later or adjust your selections. We ask each family to complete at least 4 shifts per season. 

4. Indicate swimmers’ attendance at each meet. Meet sign ups remain open for swimmers until the weekend prior to the meet.
